Dear Students, Parents and Partners:

Through Diary and WeChat, we will share the mentoring experiences that my colleagues and I have had with students enrolled with Success Mentors. We will also share with you the stories of successful Chinese Americans from a variety of industries; stories based on exclusive interviews with them where they reveal the factors that helped them achieve their personal and professional goals. It is our hope that this Mentoring Diary will illustrate the process we use to help students excel in this new environment.

Every Saturday we will release one original article on our activities. You are free to reprint or copy the article and share with others, but please do remember to cite us as the source.
